Hire fairly, talk clearly, keep good people
HR teams lead some of the most important conversations in any company. Our practical HR training covers structured interviews, appraisal talks, onboarding international hires and the conversations nobody enjoys.

Let's agree on the next steps by Friday.

Questions and answers
Can you train our hiring managers as well as HR?
Yes. Many companies combine both groups so that everyone on an interview panel uses the same questions, scoring and standards.
Do you adapt the training to our interview process?
Yes. We review your existing guides, competency models and appraisal forms beforehand and build the exercises around them.
Do you cover German labour law?
We focus on communication: how to prepare, phrase and lead HR conversations. Legal questions stay with your HR legal advisers, and we align the exercises with your internal guidelines.
Is the training available in English?
Yes. We train in English, German or Spanish. Interviewing international candidates in English is one of our most requested modules.
