Questions and answers
How large can the group be?
We work with small teams of five as well as whole departments. For larger groups we bring additional facilitators and split participants into parallel teams that come together for shared reflection.
Is this just a fun event?
It is fun, but always with a purpose. Every activity is followed by reflection, and the day ends with agreements the team can use in daily work.
Can you run team building online?
Yes. Our virtual team days use interactive challenges and breakout rooms on our own video platform iConnect, so distributed teams can join from anywhere.
Which languages do you work in?
We run team building workshops in English, German or Spanish, and can mix languages for international teams.
