Questions from international companies
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes. We train teams around the world live online and invoice companies in any country, in euros. Contracts and invoices are available in English.
How do you handle different time zones?
We schedule each group in its own working hours and match trainers to those times. Mixed groups get a slot that works for all locations.
Which platforms do you use?
Our own platform iConnect, or Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex if your company prefers. Practice and progress run in iGoinLearn.
Is our data safe?
We are based in Germany and work under the GDPR. iConnect servers are in Frankfurt.
