Do you offer online language training for companies outside Germany?
Yes. Our live online training is available to companies worldwide. We already train teams across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, in English, German and Spanish.
How do you handle different time zones?
We schedule sessions from early morning to late evening Central European Time, so teams from San Francisco to Shanghai find slots within their working day. Each group keeps a fixed trainer and fixed times.
Which platform do you use for online classes?
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet or our own iConnect rooms with breakout rooms, whiteboard and a live talk-time meter. We adapt to your IT policy.
How large are the online groups?
One-to-one or small groups of 2 to 8 people, so everyone speaks in every session. Larger companies get several groups, sorted by level after the placement test.
Is online training as effective as classroom training?
For language training it often works better: sessions fit the working day, nobody loses time travelling, and iGoinLearn keeps colleagues practising between sessions with daily worksheets and live debates.
How do invoicing and contracts work for international clients?
You receive one contract and monthly or per-course invoices in euros, in English or German. EU reverse-charge invoicing is supported, and all data is processed under the GDPR.
