Yes, completely. What we discuss stays between you and your coach. If your company sponsors the coaching, we agree goals together at the start but never share session content.
How many sessions are typical?
It depends on your goals. Many clients choose a programme of several sessions over a few months, while others book focused sessions around a specific event or decision.
Can coaching be held in English?
Yes. We coach in English, German or Spanish, so you can work in the language you lead in or in your native language.
Does it work online?
Yes. Online coaching via iConnect works very well for busy leaders. Many clients combine online sessions with occasional in-person meetings.
