Our Weekly Team Meeting

Every Monday at 9:00 the marketing team has a meeting in the big meeting room. The team leader, Sara, sends the agenda on Friday. It shows three topics: last week, this week and new ideas. The meeting is short, only 30 minutes.

Everybody must attend and come on time. One colleague, Tom, is often late, so Sara asks him to set an alarm. In the meeting each person says what they did last week and what they plan to do. Sara looks at the schedule and talks about the next deadline.

Last Monday Sara was sick, so the team had to reschedule the meeting for Tuesday. Lisa wrote the minutes and sent them to everybody after the meeting. Now all people know their tasks and the dates. The team likes short meetings with a clear plan.
